Call for Session Organizers

- 1 -
All sessions have to be international, i.e. each session should include speakers
of at least 2 countries (exceptions will need good reasons). Further each paper
must contain a methodological problem (any area, qualitative or qualitative)
-> Applications are very welcome, however, they are not sufficient

- 2 -
Speakers can only have one talk per session. This is also true for joint papers:
e.g. - it will not be possible for A and B to present at the same time one paper
as B and A during the same session. This would just extend the time allocated
to each speech in the different sessions

- 3 -
We will have sessions of 90 minutes with 4 papers and sessions of 120 minutes
with 6 papers. Session organizers can invite as many speakers as they like: the
number of sessions depends on the number of papers you have (as in Cologne
and Amsterdam)

- 4 -
There will be several calls for papers. Firstly session organizers can prepare a
call for papers on their own initiative, then in a different moment there will also
be a common call for papers and session organizers can ask anybody to submit
a paper. If they don't wish to consider a paper addressed to them, they should
inform the author and forward the paper to the conference chair, Simona Balbi.
If the abstract is interesting then the organizing committee will offer it to other
session organizers, otherwise the paper will be rejected

- 5 -
Papers directly addressed to the organization committee (and those forwarded
from the session organizer) will be offered to session organizers (after proofing
for quality). It is then up to the organizers to include a paper in their session(s)
or not. If they think it does not fit into the session(s), the papers should be sent
back as soon as possible to the organizing committee so that he can offer it to
another session organizer

Please send full proposal for session by the end of September 2007 (one page)
to Simona Balbi (simona.balbi@unina.it). Till the end of October 2007 we will
inform about the acceptance of the proposals, then we will start the official call
for papers. Deadline will be on the end of January 2008
